I have taken some photos and videos of the Fellowship Night of the Advanced Policy Makers Seminar at the Ridgewood Hotel on April 21, 22 and 23 in Baguio City. The affair was a well deserved respite from the most fruitful discussions of the very actively participative attendees to the Seminar so effectively moderated by Engr. Rei Bernardo Bernardo from LWUA who is also the interim General Manager of the Metro Aklan Water District. Ramsay M. Colorado, Director of Baguio Water District as emcee of the Fellowship night succeeded in making the event very lively indeed
